Fixed Magnetic Angle Guides for Any Knife – Just place your blade against the embedded magnetic edge: 15° for Japanese knives, 20° for Western styles. No skill or measuring needed. Super strong upgraded magnets hold your knife sturdy in place.
 
This walnut version’s internal stainless steel shaft and bearings do the work for you, delivering smooth, consistent motion and balanced sharpening pressure every time.
 
Interchangeable Discs – 2-in-1 Roller. Use the coarse 400 grit side to shape dull blades, then flip to the 3000 grit side to refine and smooth. Other upgrades available to personalise your experience.
 
Compact Storage + Real Leather Strop Included – The roller docks neatly into the base for transport or drawer storage. Finish every sharpening session with the included LavaRose strop for a polished, razor-sharp edge.

Discs
We still use our original stainless steel-backed discs, available in 400 diamond grit, 3000 grit, and 6000 grit.
This means if you upgrade to the walnut sharpener, you can continue to use your existing discs with this unit, or use your old ones as spares.
