N52 MAGNETIC LOCK, THREE MAGNETS PER ANGLE
Six N52 neodymium magnets, the strongest grade available, are bonded into the solid walnut base, three per sharpening angle. Place the blade against the magnetic edge and it locks dead still, no slipping, no shifting, no hand cramping from holding the knife in place. Heavy chef knives and cleavers stay planted while you roll.
SOLID WALNUT, CNC MACHINED IN THE UK
Both the base and the roller are milled from a single block of real walnut, no laminates, no plywood, no plastic shells. Each unit is CNC machined and hand finished for a piece you will leave on the worktop, not hide in a drawer.
