Which LavaRose sharpener is right for you?

Original – The first rolling sharpener for most people. The 5-in-1 base guides the angle for you, holds the roller as a dock and sharpens scissors. Sapele roller with stainless steel shaft, bearings and disc backs.

Artisan – Solid walnut roller and base, machined in the UK, six N52 magnets, all-stainless metalwork and a leather strop. The one you leave out on the worktop.

Chef Edition – The Artisan with the 1000 and 6000 grit discs added, so you have every step from repairing a chipped edge to a mirror polish in one box.

Titan – The value option. Same 400 and 3000 discs, an aluminium shaft with stainless bearings, and a four-angle base that adds 18° and 22° for knives with unusual bevels.
