Shipping Terms & Conditions

1) Dispatch times and cut-off

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are normally dispatched the same working day (Monday–Friday), subject to stock availability and fraud checks.

Orders placed after 1pm are normally dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

2) Delivery services and estimates
We offer the following delivery services. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
UK – Royal Mail 24 (Free)

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch (often next day).
International – Royal Mail International Tracked

USA: 3–7 working days

France: 3–7 working days

Australia: 4–10 working days

Everywhere else: 3–10 working days
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays (UK and destination country).

3) Shipping prices and free shipping thresholds
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and order value.

Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal (excluding any optional services).

4) Christmas delivery cut-off
For delivery before Christmas, the last order date is 22 December 2025 before 1pm (UK time).

This is based on carrier guidance and seasonal demand.

We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas arrival if the carrier network is delayed.

5) Tracking
Tracked services provide tracking updates. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch.

6) Address details and delivery instructions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including postcode/ZIP and any required unit/apartment number).

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, we can:

Resend it (additional postage may apply), or
-
Refund the item(s) minus any delivery costs we have paid.

7) Customs, duties, and import taxes (International)
For international orders:

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority or carrier.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid charges, we may refund the item(s) minus any shipping/return fees charged to us.

8) Delays and circumstances outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) carrier disruption, severe weather, customs inspections, strikes, peak-season volume, or local delivery restrictions.

9) Lost parcels and missing deliveries
If your order appears delayed or missing:

Please contact us and we will assist with tracking and any carrier investigation.

We may need to wait for the carrier’s investigation outcome before we can resend or refund.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

10) Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging and the item(s)
We will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement, parts, or refund where appropriate).

11) Faster delivery / special courier requests
If you require faster postage or a special courier (including motorbike delivery), we may be able to arrange this by quote.

Bulk or supplier orders may be shipped via UPS or DPD and may have different lead times and rates.

Our liability for delivery issues is limited to the value of the products purchased and the shipping amount paid (if any).
