LavaRose is a brand created by two brothers, Matthew and James Jefferson, both with engineering backgrounds and a shared passion for design.
Born and bred in the south of England, we moved to the Midlands early in our engineering careers, where we spent years working in high level mechanical engineering before turning our focus to creating beautifully made sharpening tools for the kitchen.
We focus exclusively on our innovative rolling sharpener, which offers a modern twist on traditional sharpening. With every sharpener and accessory, we strive for the highest product quality and thoughtful design so your tools feel as good as they perform.

If the specific grain you received isn't exactly what you envisioned, we invite you to participate in our exclusive Grain Swap Experience.
How it works:

Reach Out: Simply fill out the form below to let us know you’d like to swap, also the style you are looking for.

Select Your Match: We will personally send you photos of our current stock so you can hand pick the exact grain pattern that speaks to you.

The Swap: You simply cover the postage to return your original, unused unit (base or roller with grinding discs) to us.

Once received in brand-new condition, we will ship your personally selected piece to you free of charge.
